Low-Income Programs Depending on your current finances, you may be eligible for residency under one of our Low-Income programs. Eligibility is dependent on current gross annual income plus any income from assets. Other program-specific restrictions may apply. Veteran’s Benefits Wartime Veterans or surviving spouses of Wartime Veterans who are in need of Assisted Living may be eligible for a significant monthly benefit (up to $1,949 per month) under the Veteran’s Aid and Attendance Program.
