To all residents, caregivers and professional partners:

We want to assure you that we are committed to doing everything possible to address the growing concerns of the spread of COVID-19. As such, we are now restricting visitors to the community aside from medical personnel (i.e. visiting nurses, therapists, pharmacy drivers, physicians and hospice workers). Should you need to drop off groceries or supplies to your loved one, we will gladly arrange for staff to meet you at the entrance so that we can assist with getting those items delivered. If you are picking up a loved one, we will be sure to assist in getting the resident to the lobby area.

We have asked all participants in local day care programs to refrain attending for the next few weeks. We have stopped all community outings, except for transportation to/from medical appointments.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning common areas and mutually shared surfaces (elevator buttons, handrails, door handles) and have ample Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, gowns, goggles and hand sanitizer, for staff and resident use.

Please note that this is a fluid situation and we are receiving guidance from our regulatory agencies and government officials almost hourly. We will make every effort to update all residents, caregivers and professional partners as changes are imposed. Feel free to reach out to us at any time with any questions, concerns or updates.
